I didn’t get much sleep last night, or at least, I feel that way. The past few days were warm, turning the snow into mush, There is a thick mist outside. I know I can take a nap later if I want to, so I’m not too concerned. Though I feel a little stressed today, and I don’t know what that’s all about. It could be the full Moon energy. It affects a lot of us, just ask any nurse, or bus driver, they’ll tell you that things go sideways on a full moon night. I heard the Horned owl outside early this morning when I let the dogs out. Owls symbolize many things in many cultures, and for me they are often portends of great change.
Astrology Notes:
This particular full Moon is intense, it forms a t-square with Jupiter at the 5 degree mark. The Sabian symbol for that is: rock formations at the edge of a large chasm. Once again, we are facing the void ahead of us, but instead of jumping in, we may be afraid to let go of what keeps us grounded. Jupiter intensifies this feeling, so we have a choice to make: courage or fear. Mars in Capricorn which represents the driving force of ambition, squares against Chiron in Aries, we are asked to push past our wounds, our reactivity and go the distance. T-Squares in astrology herald that point in your life where you need to make changes, where the option to be stuck where you are can only cause harm. So it’s time to pray for courage, it’s time to take that step into the unknown, and you are not alone, if you listen carefully, you can hear the wolves howling, calling you into the night, calling you to follow your next great adventure.
